Refund policy

1. Cancellations by Parents

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: no refund.

  • With more than 24 hours’ notice: session can be rescheduled where possible.

2. Cancellations by the Tutor

  • If the Tutor cancels a session, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

  • In case of illness or emergency, parents will be notified as soon as possible.

3. Missed Sessions

  • Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

  • Repeated non-attendance may result in the place being withdrawn.

4. Block Bookings

  • Refunds are not given for unused sessions in a block unless due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. hospitalisation).

5. Termination of Services

  • HappyDais reserves the right to cancel tuition for persistent non-payment or serious behaviour concerns.

  • Any prepaid sessions will be refunded in such cases.
